Are there nuetral spirits, or just ss and angels?

Are there nuetral spirits, or just ss and angels?
You know. first there were angels, then they fell as s, but could some of them have stayed nuetral as spirits? Or possibly god simply created spirits seperate of angels/demons?

I'm not sure what "ss" means, but yes--there are many, many neutral spirits out there.
