First off, I would never use a lawyer that advertised on TV or radio. They just seem so "slimeballish". The pharmacuetical companies, well, you either need it or you don't. I think in some ways it is good because a patient can be proactive and look into their options. I can't say that I'm tired of seeing the commercials on TV. I may be the minority but I can find them quite humorous! The lawyers usually have cheesy commercials that make you giggle...and the prescription drug commercials crack me up with the big list of side-effects at the end of the commercial after trying to make the drug look so great and perfect for you! lol

I don't like personal injury lawyers advertising anywhere (then again, I don't care much for lawyers anyway). I don't like drugs being advertised on TV. Patient's coming into the office with specific drug requests are common and usually easily dealt with.

It's no different, then any other business, that has high competition for businesses alike yours. Everyone is out for the great "American Dream", it's the consumers right and obligation to make wise choices, and not be easily influence from any television advertisement!

As a lawyer I wish other attorneys would stop chasing the ambulances I already claim as mine.

John Edwards made his fortune this way. Perhaps that is why the guy creeps me out.

Every time you pay a health care cost, or health insurance premium, you can thank shyster, John Edwards.
He made millions driving up costs of health care and insurance.
Democrats loooove him for that.
