well i hav a good jump i do backflips on the ground so first jump on ur trampalline and this is how u do a backflip on tramaline
jump cornered to the side with 2 jumps
jump cornered to the side with 3 jumps
then do a cornered backflip
then do it again only your feet going a little higher
get the feeling of controling ur feet to go high
then do it wih ur feet going all the way back
then u did a backflip
u will probably land on ur knees the first few times but then do the same thing only bending ur head back and doing it and bend ur knees at the end and you'll land it.

My JV teamate walked on his toes for about two years (8 grade to 10 grade) and in 10 grade he could dunk at 5' 11''. Now in 11 grade he is 6' 1'' and can do good dunks.

youll be sore as anything but youll jump higher

do alot of running and jumping it will make ur legs stronger.

They really work. I'm 5'5" and i can dunk
