Walking towards our house , going down the steps and nearly died, there was a snake not a large snake just what they call an red-lipped herald in SA it was busy swallowing a [bloukop] a large lizard with a blue head that when it gets annoyed it smacks its face on the ground to try and scare whatever is scaring it,anyway it had swallowed halve of the body and the two legs and tail was still hanging out of its mouth. I ran inside got my camera took a hell of a lot of photo's , in the meantime this snake moved into the bushes, so i went inside just to discover no film in the camera. I felt like crying. Thank goodness for digital camera's now.:))

Yes!! I have missed sooo many photo opportunities...drives me nuts!
I have a lot of animals and like to photograph them (ha ha! that sounds a bit weird!!), anyway, they get all cute and I always keep my digi. camera to hand, just about to take the shot and one will walk off or put it's head down!
But like you say, the the beauty of digis, otherwise I'd have thousands of photos of nothing!

yes i missed the opportunity when i saw a guys wig blow off with the wind and go under the wheel of a bus,but i suppose a camcorder would of been better than a camera.

convinced...this beautiful lady became strolling down the line in the front of me, the sunlight clean on her tender tan-hosed legs, I even had a digicam round my neck and she or he became oblivious on her cellular telephone. I then concept "Im stll better searching than her" and walked on.
