Well, there are some jobs that require women to wear uniforms with skirts, and dress codes against pants.
It was 5F here today, and I saw a guy in shorts, blowing snow off his sidewalk.

For the same reason some women wear stilettos in a foot of snow. Fashion! It is meant to be pretty, not comfortable. How many women do you find attractive that wear sweats and baggy t-shirts every day?

nope! There is no heating device that you guys don't know about! I guess they just think they'll look cute with their cute little skirts! lol. In reality, they're just freezing their butts off!

in my opinion i do not realize this both, yet to keep warmth, i might want to recommend wearing leggings of a few form less than your gown or skirt, and attempt no longer to stay outdoors too lengthy.

WEll i don't wear skirts when it is cold, that's just not using your smarts, you know the girls that do are freezing their butts off, not very smart. You can look cute without having to wear something that almost shows half of your *** off.

well i dont know about nebody else, but im an apostolic pentecostal, and i wear skirts all the time, no matter how cold or hot it is!! its called modesty. not that a skirt is the only modest piece of clothing! but thats y i wear skirts

Of all first, I like the skirt!!! People notify me I have nice hip and legs but I still don't wear shorts

I really like long skirts. My bf wants the short ones. So my closet is filled up w/ 1/2 and 1/2.
