Does everybody dismiss things as propaganda these days? I just see loads of answers saying that is propaganda. Even if there is a link then it's still propaganda. The whole media is claimed to be propaganda, I don't think anybody believes anything these days. Do you think it is all propaganda?

Blame Blair/New Labour and their spin doctors. We can never believe anything they tell us is fully accurate. For example, the crime figures were published today and if the quantity of a particular crime goes down the Government takes the credit, stating that it's it's policies that are causing this reduction. Conversely, when the quantity of a particular crime goes up they state that because things are so good now, people are much more willing to report that crime and isn't the Government great for improving these peoples lives. Their mendacity is incredible.

Partisan behavior is harming everything. Did you know the Bush yellow cake (Uranium) was an invoice for 100 Tons? That is enough to make one bomb. The French control all African production and I am sure if 100 Tons sent missing they might notice. That is refined, the ore is another story.
Do you know that Osama is a Shiite and wants a Islamic government but Saddam has a secular government and has been at war with Shiites in Iran and with his own Shiite population?
The whole can of lies is put past the people. Poor people, stupid people rule!

People seem to have a tendency these days to go with an opinion in the media. It makes it easier for us to base the truth on the media with videos and picture of what is the "truth". There are always several sides to a story, but who would actually pursue them all. What comes into sight is what stays in our minds and hearts. And yes,I think this can be dangerous at times.

The media is controlled by the government, the government are trying to scare us into thinking what they want us to believe, not what we want to think.

I agree with you! If you support the right wing, the left wingers call it a bunch of propaganda. If you support the left, the right will call it the same. Its ridiculous and I completely agree with you Is anything true or valid anymore or is it all just one groups propaganda against another?
