The top sheet is 92" x 102" and the bed size is 60" x 80".

The size of a double size bed and a twin bed length wise (head to foot) is no different. there is no difference in size lengthwise. If you use a double comforter, it will be exacly the same, just a little longer on the sides. I think you will be just fine. I have a double bed and use a California king size comforter! It looks just fine. I actually like it better, because it covers the sides of my bed really good, and hides most of the stuff under my bed :P hahaha

102 by 92 inches for the flat, queen sheet.
