Is it posible to beat Spider Solitaire with four suits?

Yes. Be prepared to lose a lot of games. Be prepared to "go back" trying alternative choices of card placement.
My current statistics (out of nearly 4000 games) are: -
Wins: 1120
Losses: 2812
That is a 28% win rate.

Yes, but be ready to spend some time working on it. Probably have a better chance of being dealt a royal flush.

yes it is, but it is very hard to complete ithe game with all four suits.
