I hate these kind of questions.

Strength: Working hard all the time and never allowing myself to do badly, getting things done early, pleasing people
Weakness: Allowin geople to walk all over me, procrastinating on really big tasks, over involved with school work.
Motivation: Knowing if I work hard I can get into the Ivy League, knowing my parents will yell at me if I don't do well, feeling the secret pride of being smarter than my classmates.

Strength is that I see past my own emotions to make proper judgments and decisions... weakness is that I have no motivation.

As an elementary school teacher:
Strengths: being on time, knowledge base, teaching
Weaknesses: procrastination, explaining too much, ice cream
Motivation: When the student has that "Aha" moment and their countenance lights up.
