i no about wifi but i no u need to be in a wifi area to use it . but is there any way a laptop can have the net on it were ever u r or go .if so how .like a mobile phone works ? i would love to no thank you

you can get a laptop with a wireless card or internal wireless chip.

You need a pcmcia data/3G high speed gprs card, essentially its a mobile phone modem connected to your lap, you will need to be in area with reception though.

YES, forgot the name but you go to your friendly PC. store and they will get your problem solved in 30 sec. i got a wireless myself. just take it with me anywhere.

There are cards that will connect your cellphone to your PC as an internet connection - it is costly though.
