what could I do?? its just by myself in my frontyard so don't give me like a team workout thing... just an individual drill that combines fast footwork and ingame situation shots or something else like ballhandling or rebounding... just as long as it will improve my agility and vertical jump

Squats with light weights at first - then build up to a maximum weight of 30 lbs. - will increase your quickness. If you have an outdoor court, place tires in various spots and shoot from inside them off the dribble.

1st get a basketball, then run laps around a basketball court or something like a field. With the basketball in your hand, you need to jump up with one knee in the air, and with one hand in the air that is the same as your knee (left knee, left arm, righ knee, left arm) and throw the ball in the air. then catch the ball on its way down, and to the other leg (if you did left arm, left knee, then do right arm right knee)
