sticky keys,and i can not get my icons smaller, is that because of sticky keys?

The Desktop
Internet Borwser
Start Menu
Please be specific
And no sticky keys has nothing to do with icon size it is simply a programmable system to allow users to be more effective when using shift/control normally.
Stick Keys can be disabled by pressing:
Shift 5 times quickly
Go to options and disable

Yes.turn the sticky keys off.

no, not at all.
1. right-click on the desktop
2. click properties.
3. click on the apperence tab
4. click advances
5. on the drop-down menu, click icon
see the number? that is how big it is, make the number larger for bigger icons, and vice versa.
