Osama Bin Laden is just a frail, miserable, weak little man. Mary Kate and Ashly Olsen could take him down. They would just have to find him. In that case, I think Kim Possible should be called in. She'd probably be able to find him and then send in one of the Olsen twins. I'm sure Bin Laden is so decrepid that he wouldn't last 2 minutes.
