Then it's just called a sleepover instead of a girl sleepover.

if a boy came to a girl sleepover, then you consider it just a sleepover.
but you have to trust the guy before you allow him to sleep over. some boys are hella perverted. but then again i don't know the guy you have in mind so i can't say much

I remember a girl ask me to go sleepover and I was like I think for girls only for sleep over and she said no because you are my best friend and my mom know her mom and been friends long time and so I went and it was ok nothing love going on or anything... and I learn something new about this... but it nice to be with my best friend. smiling.

it would obviously be awkward, but if the guy is a really good friend of the girl who is hosting the sleepover, then it's all right...which is why when a girl invites a guy over, it's also a good idea to invite other guys to keep them company...

It depends on how old you are. If youre pretty young, no big deal. But if you are older, say teenagers, even though nothing will happen, people will still suspect and parents will be weary. So prepare to do some explaining if you DO decide to invite him over.

Was he invited or did he just show up? That's the first question to the answer.

If he was invited, why? If he just showed up, inform him that he wasn't invited and shut the door.
