I agree with all of the above, but I just want to reiterate Christopher Walken.

Old time actor Edward G. Robinson, and actor James Caan who
played Sonny and wasn't even Italian, in the Godfather. Both of
these actors did such a good job they looked and acted
authentic as mobsters. Also the actor that played Clemenza
in the Godfather looks so much like mafia. I love the actors in
the Sopranos and Goodfellas also.
