most people CAN be judged by there appearance. if they slouch, kinda drag their feet, etc, yeah they probably have some issues. on the other hand, if they walk tall, and look confident, most of the time they are. good posture, attitude, etc will give you a good answer. hope it helped.

I can't.
Because basically, you never know what people really are.
They might pretend to be inconfident and insecure just to disguise or hide who they really are just to 'save' theirselves from emotional violent and harm. Some are just really inconfident and insecure. Some truly have a high confident and security in theirselves. So it's hard to tell.

No I do not think so. When I was a teenager a relative of mine thought I was depressed and maybe had low self esteem. However the antithesis was true about the self esteem. She even scheduled an appt. with my physician she could not diagnose me with depression because I was not showing any symptoms of it. My relative misjudged me. After all people can surprise you. Sometimes a person can project or telegraph something that is not true about themselves unknowingly. I guess the old proverb is true, one cannot judge a book buy its cover.

sometimes. body language can tell you almost anything if you know how to read it.
things like avoiding eye contact or looking down, slouching, or figiting are signs of insecurity.

Some people you can. People notice a lot about how others carry themselves and a lot of how you feel shows in your upper body.

i think you can body language tells alot about a person usually a person with low self esteem does not walk with his head up but he is always walking with his head down... people usually that think they are overweight wear alot of dark clothes.. girls that think they are not really attractive do not use any make up at alll... i think its given you can always tell by the person's hygene as well..

no you can not , there a million reasons for the stuff we do and not all of it has to do with confidence or security, this is judging a book by its cover, and you can be the loser if you do judge people that way

sure can they dont make eye contact AND notice how they always hide their hands especially their dumbs ..i should know i stuggled with shyness all my life also body posture and tone of voice
