It means she trusts that you wont, and doesn't want you to, miss her badly.
If you do miss her badly don't make her feel too bad, but that you still care for her. she probably feels bad for having to leave you behind.

well ask urself r u the type of person who needs someone to always be with them? or can u be independent and be able to do well if not even better with out ur bestfriend always beng there. maybe ur best frend leaving is good. maybe it will test if u can make it on our own without anybodys help. and wen she says ur strong it means that she believes in you and she knows u will manage. i kno best frends r hard to say goodbye to. but u kno its not like shes dying.

just try to keep in tuch with her and make sure that you guys talk all the time. do not be upset because you can always count on your friend for any reason that might be.

Maybe she feels that she doesn't want to be your friend anymore and that you are old enough to be on your own two feet? and she doesn't want you to depend on her no more.?
