From experience (since I'm a guy) I can tell you it's not that important; girls really like creativity and actual talent. Besides, no one these days really has a flashy guitar except for some unheard-of bands that use concept guitars.

To be able to play well is more important than having a good looking guitar. It's cool to have a good looking guitar of course, so i think it's somewhat important. Attract girls with your talent and style, not much of your guitar tho.

It's not what the guitar looks like, it's the quality of music you play. Stevie Ray played a guitar that had almost all of the finish worn off of it!!

anyone, guys or girls, will be amazed by talent. anyone can hold a $3000 guitar. also, just because a woman is impressed by your skills, that doesnt necessairly mean that she wants to date you. it goes the other way too, you might suck, but someone still might fall for you. really its unrelated
