You are showing SIGNS of preclampsia....I'm suprised they didn't explain that to you.
It CAN be potentially life threatening and should be taken seriously. It is actually more a risk to you than your baby.
You may feel fine, but you MUST do everything your doctor says and NOTHING he tells you not to.....Laundry can wait, your house can look like hell, it doesn't matter.
Avoid salt and enjoy the opportunity to be lazy and not feel guilty,
You will be watched carefully and if you do EXACTLY how you are told, everything will be fine.
The may induce labor if your condition gets worse. If you are placed in the hospital that is so they can monitor you and the baby.
This is very serious, but VERY treatable......DO AS YOU'RE TOLD and try to be calm....if you were that bad, you'd already be in the hospital. The issues may resolve themselves...if not my sister-in-law and my friend had it, they and their children were fine!

Follow the docs directions. You must be borderline toxemic/preeclampsia. Yes, I have been there. 4 times (last time was with twins).

Listen to the docotor and take things seriously and you should be fine but don't take any chances.
If you don't feel right contact your doctor asap

I had this problem. It is commonly called toxemia, or preecclampsia. Follow your dr's directions, or you and baby could be in big trouble.
