Zac has a really low singing voice so during the higher parts they blended his voice with Drew's but it is mostly Zac.
Zac will be doing ALL of his singing in Hairspray so yes, he can sing.

zacs not on tour cuz hes filming hairspray 2 and yeah he didnt sing but he can sing its just his voice was to low for the part but fit the role so his voice was blended with drew seeleys zac did sing some parts like the beginning of breaking free (the slow part)

that is authentic. search for on wikipedia. Zac has a decrease voice then the songs were written for, yet he and Vanessa had a lot chemistry that he become forged besides. Drew Seeley sang the better notes for him, yet he honestly can sing. you may listen him as link Larkin in Hairspray, released in July.

They said Zac Efron's and Drew Seeley's voices were mixed, but the reason he isn't on the HSM tour is becuase he is filming Hairspray, hence his new hairdo.

yes it is true.. i read from a magazine that his voice is too low., it didn't match the voice of vanessa so drew seely sing it for him
