How do I activate "PrtScr" and "F-keys" in a non-standard keyboard? I'm using a "SMART OFFICE KEYBOARD". =(

The keyboard is called "Smart Office Keyboard". It's made in China but I bought it here in Sweden. I tried Ctrl+Alt+PrtScr but never worked. I tried Shift-PrtScr as well yet same result. It's very frustrating. Same goes with the "F-keys". They're normally the main keys but not in this keyboard. Can anyone help me?
