Haven't you ever worked? I'd like a dollar for every time I was doing something only to have my boss come in and say, "Hold on, I just talked to Joe Blow and we're going to have to make a few changes on this project."

Hi i dont know but it seems that what its asking you has there ever been a time where you have gone to do something but then a manager or deptuy manager has told you do do it another way. it could mean by certain changes in the work place that you have had to get used to because the manager has changed the rules or something along those line. Sometimes when you work somewhere there is always ever changing rules. So i think this is what this could mean. Have you ever been in a situation where you had to learn new skills because your manager has told tyou do do something you dont normally do. Or one day you could do something at work and then the next you cant do something. My answer for this question would be. I used to work in a day nrusery where the law on what rule for the children we had in the nursery used to change every month. So the manager told us that we only had to drink out of cups not the bottles as it wasnt far on the children.and the children were only allowed to drink water and we were only allowed to have breakfast and something to eat when the children do. I suppose this could be something along those lines. I dont really know i may have read the question all wrong. Why cant they ask you in our language than using words make if difficult to understand.
If you havent done anything like this before then state in where you put the answer, i have never found myself in this situation. At least you havent left it blank.

Have you worked before? If so, can you describe (or be creative and 'come up' with a situation) when you carried out a task in a certain way, but was asked by a manager/supervisor to carry out the task differently. describe how you took their suggestions on board and how you adapted your working style to suit the change.

something about being willing to take other peoples ideas on board as you are always open to new ideas and ways as they may be better or you can use some of there ways married with yours to come up with something better, don't knock it till you've tried it. Good luck.
