please dont ask why its just a disagreement between me and a friend how it is done.... i know its an artery som where in the arm

Fastest? Carotid artery in the neck. Dead in 60 seconds or do.
Also, the femoral artery in the thigh.

Not the arm, it would be the femoral artery in the upper thigh. That or the carteroid in the neck. A wound to the arm wouldn't do the trick unless there was enough time to really cut the sh*t out of it.

any artery will kill you...if you are stabbed in the abdomen or the aorta then you have about 20 minutes...you don't die instantly from bleeding arteries...internal bleeding is what i would say is the fastest...because the cut is bigger and there's more blood..whereas in a cut wrist you have to have blood splurge out every time the heart beats...instead of a steady stream of blood in an internal organ...

I think it would be the femoral artery. It is a huge vein that if cut, will kill you in a few minutes. I think you would have to cut them near the thigh. It also squirts out blood each time the heart beats.
