You forgot Steel, Silver Hawk, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Howard the Duck, Punisher, Ghost Rider, Elektra.
Now we need either the Avengers, the Justice League, Namor, Green Lantern, Flash, or X-Force

Hard to say since there are so many coming out Ghost Rider, Iron Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Man-Thing...
The best written comic books now are non super hero titles like Sandman and Preacher. I'd say Preacher would be a great film as would Sandman hollywood needs to get Watchmen going and make it as good as the comic that reinvented comics.
Blu Moon Wonder Woman is in pre-production so your wish is granted.

If it's a group, then they should do the Avengers... Although they're going to do a Captain America solo movie, and Iron Man will be out some time in the next year or two...
If they're going to do something totally out-there I'd like to see Deadpool... or Cable...
