I recently got the Epson Stylus Color 600 from my brothers school, but it didn't come with the driver. I currently run Windows 2000, and I tried to download the driver from www.epson.com, but it didn't work. The driver wasn't even for Windows 2000. They didn't have any.
The lights also blink all of them, the color ink out, black ink out, paper out, and power.
Please help.

The driver for the windows 2000 platform is the same as the XP. I've hosted it on my webserver for you to download. www.VectorXinc.com/epson.exe . It's a zip file so you'll have to extract it to where the drivers need to be.

The first thing you will have to consider is if your downloaded driver is fully downloaded. This could cause a problem of installation. The next thing is your option when selecting the location of the driver and type of printer selction when using your printer wizard, make a choice from the manufacturer list. Or alternatively if your printer is connected already and it is dected by the computer just let it search for the driver and select the location of your downloaded driver when prompted to do so. Now if all these does not get to this stage above, and your printer is not detected I will advice that you check your USB cable to see if it is working properly. All the best.

I would suggest first replacing the ink carts, paper, and then going to microsoft.com and finding the drivers there..
If there were no drivers on the Epson site for Win2000, then that printer may not be compatible with Win2000..

Try the Windows NT driver.
