While you are asking this in the wrong category, it not only won't occur, it can't occur. The reason is simple, socialism as an economic system hasn't worked when attempted and cannot work.
Such a system brings the average per-capita standard of living down to the lowest common level with no individual capability to work themselves into a better standard of living. Overtime the system will create a privileged class that cannot be changed except by violent revolution which will eventually occur. Such a system can only be maintained by violent suppression of the people.

Would be a blessing.Do you really think the working poor deserve to live in poverty.Don't be a miser.Take the meagre pay millions of americans toil for.Then try to survive on this pittance.Mostly the working poor have to work 2 jobs and still can't make ends meet.In the land of the free millions and millions of citizens live below the poverty line.As for the unemployed they are the downtrodden masses.Only in america.
Surely the poorest creature deserves better.Or do you approve of the govt policy of Guns before bread
