Not a doctor - first thing is that I would tell you to see one. When that happened to me, I was found to have a kidney infection. A bladder infection does the same thing. Something else you need to see the doctor about.

Go see a doctor - either you have a urinary tract infection (UTI) or an STD. Both can only be cleared up with antibiotics which need to be prescribed by a doctor.
