Sprint can't take money out of your account unless you authorized them to do so. However, I'm struggling with how you will pay the rest over and above the deposit without having set up a payment option/plan with them. If you can't afford it, cancel it within 3 days. You are eligible to get a full refund if you cancel within 36 hours. If you don't cancel and later can't afford your monthly payment or if there is no money in your account when they go to withdraw the money, they can shut your phone down and you won't be able to take or receive calls. Call them back up and make sure you understand the conditions they have. Yes. You can get bad credit at 16.

If you've ordered it online with your debit card, they have already taken the money out of your account, believe me. If they only took the deposit amount out of the account, then yes, they will automatically take the payment out monthly. You can have bad credit even though you are only 16.
