What's up with that? It won't load Windows unless I lift it on an angle. What could that be? Getting tired of this.

that system has been dropped.
Now either the memory or cpu is not sitting properly.

Also possible that there is a crack in the motherboard and my tilting it you complete some severed circuit.
then again maybe a crack has two circuits touching creating a short and tilting it opens the short.

Either way - it certainly aint a software problem.
I do not advice laptop repair to the ill-prepared.

That's what I was going to say - when your laptop is tilted it's making an electronic connection that doesn't work when it's flat.
