In sports I always do. But when I'm just walking around I don't, just because I know if someone kicks me there, they won't be standing for long.
Wearing a jock strap all the time could also start hurting. Just having mine on for a couple of hours hurts after a while.

The use of a jock strap is for sports and the reason is that it supports your testicles and the reason that this is important is because the testicles can only make sperm at 98 degrees ferinhit so when your body gets warmer the testicles stretch farther away from the body to cool off and when playing sports your body gets very hot and our coach/ sex ed teacher told us about one of his football players that didn't wear his jock strap and his testicles/ balls twisted around each other because they stretched so far from his body from the heat and he had to go th the doctor to get it fixed

My Boyfriend wears a jock strap. He's the Varsity captain of Basketball. So ya. But hell no i don't!

No way! That would be horribly uncomfortable. The only time you need one is when you are playing sports and you want to keep your package out of the way.

just when playing sports, like football, hockey, something that can harm the little guys. it's not something that you have to wear all the time, if that's what you're asking.

I enjoy wearing jockstrap when ever get off work to get out work clothes get to my into my jockstrap and sweats and relax.
