Hurts...because all the women are used to meeting military guys...Most of them who are vain enough to just want a man in the military are sluts anyway...You don't need them...

Sadly the one thing I can say is deffinate, the woman seem to be easier near military bases. It depends on what kind of girlfriend that one wants. I've personaly been asked a few times within the first 5 min what my rank and unit was. She had already based by my haircut and composure what my branch and job was. I have a few friends that never dated a civilian guy after they had a military one. Many get woed into the concept that this guy will take them away from their lives the next time they move or that the man will take care of them (and in the instance of a constantly deploying person) will be able to go do whatever she wants to while they're gone.. If that's the kind of girl a civilian wants, you've got no chance. On the other hand, for every woman that dates a servicemember I've seen they do blame it on the service alot also. So if he finds himself a good woman that doesn't care about that. Then he should be himself and the rest will work out. There realy isn't any "odds" numbers to play. Some places have many more woman (VA around Norfolk) than others.

Could help - there are lots of women in the military! Check out the restaurants & bars near the main entrance & turn this to your favor!

It could depend on whether the military tested Depleted Uranium weapons on the base. If so, you too have been poisoned and shouldn't be spreading the radioactivitiy to sex partners.

My opinion, i will say that it will hurt his chances of finding the girl, because the girl has a hard job, and she has to keep up with her job , so she wont have time for dating.
