LoLa - Do you count Australian people as English? If so, then i answer you, "Yes."
i am an australian native from european parents. i love and listen to music from all over the world.
i think you'll find there are a lot of people who are native english speakers that enjoy soaking up all the good stuff that some foreign countries have to offer us, music being especially one of them.

Well, I listen to a lot of David Byrne, he does a lot of Latin music, singing several songs in Spanish, and they are all awesome. He did an album called Rei Momo with a group of Spanish musicians, and he was responsible for making Selina a sensation in the US.

I listen to Shakira's spanish songs. My friend listens to many other spanish singers and songs because she enjoys learning the language and seeing if she can understand the songs as well.
