you cant. as long as there is different social groups from different races, cultural practices, football, politics, religion whatever, people feel the need to belong and to mark themselves out as different ignorance and lack of tolerance of differences causes extreme behavior.

Stop legislators from turning your children into terrorists as they take over your home. Put the fear of god into children and legislators. Not chastising children is an effort to have a legal social science experiment! This kind of social project will have serious ramifications for years, before they find that it did not work, just as the failed society of the 60's failed miserably. The child that is not corrected early are the ones that you find in the criminal justice system.
There was a kid that was only 9 years old in jail for murder and rape. Social workers found that he often slapped and hit the parents that refused to chastize him, in a well to do home. The Scared Straight Program should be for children as young as 5 years old. It does have an impact on young minds. I still remember a field trip to our County jail at 7 years old and have kept in mind what the sound of those doors was like and how ugly the electric chair was and what it could do. Most of the kids that i knew as a child that recieved no discipline or chastizement are now deceased and died violent deaths before I turned 21.

We must first get to the root of the problem which we have learned is the media. You see all of these rappers who come off as these hard stone cold bad people when I don't believe they are at all. And our kids of today look up to these people because they can relate to what they have gone through. Police brutality, bad living conditions etc. But these days rap songs no longer talk about real stuff they mostly are talking about shaking this and grabbing that and rolling up in this club, all this superficial stuff. If these rappers would change their messages in their songs and clean up their appearance and acts I believe our youth would follow in their footsteps.
