because the suspension process is an automated one but someone has to get up off their lazyass to investigate a stalker.

I am starting a petition to Yahoo that all accounts be verified with a credit card, etc. before you can create one.
Still leave the service free... but that way the offenders will be easily traceable and would cut down on all the crap BIG TIME!
