If it is regarding your job probably nothing as you are contracted with the company you work for in a round about way. But if this is trouble some to you maybe ask them to remove it.

request them to remove your picture. next check the the work agreement before you sign it. see that part where in legalize it says
'right to use any employees/er likeness in promotion or presentation without regards to compensation yata yata yata"
yah thats you saying 'ok you can use my picture or name for advertisement without paying me' you sign it your S.O.L.
most companies though are pretty cool about simply removing the picture if you just ask. can you sue? sure if you didn't sign a claus allowing them to use your likeness without payment AND they refuse a request to remove your picture. don't have proof of documentation? they might. don't try and sue if you signed somethign. i can promise you the company will be on the ball and present your signed agreement, they did have you sign it in the first case afer all.
didn't sign anything and they still refuse to take your picture down? you _might_ have a case. but might not. depends on legal advertisement laws in your state. some say you basicly have ot be activily selling your likeness to recieve compensation for unlawfull use (aka be a actor/model) and instead will just order a removal.

Nothing unless it is of you doing something illegal. Then you should plead on the mercy of the court. When you work for a company you are theirs and they can do anything with you they like but break the law.

Ask them to remove it. Especially if you do not work there anymore.
However, for present employees if it's in the company policy to post current employees pictures, you are out of luck.

First, I would just ask them if they would take it down. Ask nicely. That'll probably get it done.

There is probably nothing you can do except ask them to remove it.
