I had man-cans when I was a kid too,
a very smart doctor told me, dont ever buy a diet pill, dont go to weight watchers, dont do any of that because there is only 1 way to lose weight safely.
EAT LESS EXERCISE MORE.

here's what you need...PATIENCE!!!! you are only 12. Your body has not come close to finish developing. Don't worry about ur body so much. If you are healthy, active and concious about your weight then you will be okay. You are only 12 years old you have alot of growing to do.
Just do push ups, sit ups and stretch alot. Then when you're about 13-14 you can start with weights under supervision.
Try this. ...Split a deck of cards in a half and every minute flip the card and do that many push ups. it won't be easy for you but you'll feel good that you accomplished that.

I went through the same thing when I hit puberty. Sometimes you just develop them; then, as you grow, they lessen and go away. (Mine did in about a year and a half). If you're overweight, loose the weight. Pushups will only work mostly the arm and shoulder muscles. Check with your PE coach about some pec exercises. They'll help build muscle and lessen the fat.

If you want to lose them, you have to lose fat. That means lose weight and try to start lifting weights under the direction of someone who can teach you to do it right, and not hurt yourself. Build muscle and your body will even out while you are in puberty.

Ok, if you know where your pecs are at, their muscle under your "boobs", well try moving them, I can, really well actually, and I'm a chick. It might sound sick, buts it where i lift weights. And your boobs will disappear Hun. Good luck.

eat less exercise more ,sit-ups and push-up will help a lot , try running , good luck ,someone said something about baby fat, your'e not a baby anymore. Get with the exercise program and stick with it. Good luck

well you should first reolise you are still pretty yung I was a little bigger but by the time i got to jr high i lost the baby fat ... you should cut the sweets a little and dont worry about it tell your older!!

Kid, I love to hear you have been successfully losing weight, but it is not enough. You still have fat. and it stores right there. Keep trying to lose weight and do more hard PE, then it will burn all of your fat and builds your muscle.

lift big rocks.
beware though use your body mechanics(bend knees correctly when lifting),have also steel toe shoes in case the rock falls on your toes.
