Love em both, carrots for carrot juice and celery with creme cheese. Like the taste best of the celery but probably healthier and better food value in the carrots.

I think Carrots. Celery uses up more calories chewing it than is absorbed during the digestion process. What is the point in that?, unless you are a bit on the tubby side!
