BIG DILEMMA!!! Which to choose!?

Ok i have this dance at my school tomorrow night, and there are two things I want to do afterwards, but don't know which to choose! There's either going to Kelsey's birthday party (who i never see outside of school), and there's going to a church lock-in with Jade (who i see all the time). But there's a twist: Kelsey just asked me today, and Jade asked me a week ago. but there's yet ANOTHER twist! Jade needs a ride to the dance and the lock-in (which i don't have), and I can ride with someone else to the dance and go to Kelsey's house with Kelsey afterwards. I don't want to hurt Jade's feelings by telling her i can't go, because we've kinda been planning this for a week now, but I don't have a ride for her. And I don't want to hurt Kelsey's feelings by telling her i can't go to her party, but I already made plans with Jade. WHAT SHOULD I DO!?

Include her in your activities, even if by chance you don't do the original activity with her, you can always do another activity or include Jade in Kelsey's activity with you. If Kelsey doesn't like it, too bad! You're going to hang out with Jade, because you made her a promise.
