Yes. Everything that can be known is already known.
The constraint of linear time is unique to this physical universe; once free from our physical bodies, we will be able to traverse thru time in much the same manner that we currently traverse thru space.
Therefore, assuming, in time eternal, all will be known, all is known.
We are constrained to perceiving time linearly due to the limited senses of our physical form

Yes, superconsciously. All information is in one "mind" universally speaking, and we all have subconscious connections to it. When we're still enough we have the perfect thoughts to solve our problems come in at random through it. Thus speaking why some of the best ideas are made while on the toilet, in the shower, before during or after a resting period, or in any other soothing task.

That is hard to answer because after all they are thoughts and not all thoughts are said and recorded. That of course would be impossible, because even we could know every thought that we think. There are always miracles and there are always dreams. For your question there is no wrong or right answer.

I think that really depends upon if time is actually linear or if it's not. Because if it's not linear - which science has actually proven that it is not... and maybe there is no such thing as time... then yes, every idea has already been thought.

Jesus Christ will not come again in glory until the universe has been colonized|
For in the Gospel it says that he will commission His angels to gather His elect from the four winds, from *one end of the heavens to the other|* (Matt 24:31)
No one has the *faintest* what man has yet to learn in the meantime|

No.
If no other reason, many ideas come from experiencing the world around us; and the world around us keeps changing. Therefore, there will always be new ideas.

Yes, at least once. I don't think there's an original idea to be had.
