Try hyperborea.org, and their link to Those Who ride the Lightning, for a listing of all the Flashes DC has ever had. IIRC, they also have links to GL sites in addition to glcorps.org. Also, Toonopedia, under their Green Lantern listing, may have some links. Good Luck!
