I am looking for a degree(Speciality,PhD or MS Degree) distance education program in field of Sports Medicine,

Check with the American Academy of Sports Medicine or the United States Sports Academy. They should have information on those programs. Otherwise check the web site for colleges and universities. They will have that information on there.

It is very hard to get a medical degree or physical therapy or any kind of medicine related degree by correspondence. You can take some foundation classes perhaps but I don't think it can be done.
