I want to work at home but I know not to sign up for one's that cost a fee, but everytime I go to a free one it ends up asking me for my credt card.

First of all if you are just looking for a job at home you shouldn't need money. You don't pay money to go to work. If you want a business and you are hoping to start it free, you will go nowhere. A business costs money. Start up fee. If you get the right one you will not regret the start up.

Don't buy or sign up for anything until you contact the District Attorney's consumer affairs division where you live.
I am yet to hear of a legitimate business offer for this kind of work, but you see the long distance numbers for places that are supposedly offering them.
Don't get scammed, my friend did and wouldn't listen til their money was gone!
