150 million years ago my hometown did not exist. It was ocean floor. So, I guess you could say that our climate was cold and wet!

Well, I guess Flyboy's climate was indeed different. Mine was also submerged, but more of the shallow sea variety. Based on the sandstone of that time, a rather nice beach migrating back and forth.

Short answer is yes, but many more factors than just your position on the planet at that time. Ask a geologist what the climate was like where your hometown is 150 million years ago. They'll tell you.

North America has not changed much in latitutde. Just moved away from Europe. But climate was probably much warmer then as well.
