In my divorce decree it states me and my ex wife will take turns claiming our son. This is the year i am supposed to be able to claim him, but she already did her taxes and claimed him anyways. What can I do about this?Is there any legal recourse I can take?

Well I would call the courts and find out from them. She is in the wrong. If you also claim the child, you both will be audited. Make sure you have all your papers together so when you are audited, they will see you are in the right. in some cases, she might be fined by the court system because she didn't follow the order.
This very thing happened to me years ago. My ex is now watched quite closely by the IRS.
Good luck.

If I were you I would claim him too. The fact that she is a piggish slob who will not conform to the decree does not give her the right to push you around or steal from the IRS. Eventually the IRS will find the dual claim and send you both notices. This can be cleared up by sending them a copy of the decree. Anyway, that's my opinion. A tax CPA or lawyer might have other ways to handle this.

contact the irs and ask them.
you could also go to their website and maybe find your answer before you contact the irs.
did you ask her why she did this when it was your turn? you might ask her also if she plans to turn over the amount she collected to you since its your turn.
