Let's say you have dirty hands and you wash your hands really good before you urinate. Should you wash them after you urinate too? I mean my penis is clean. I also don't flush public toilets unless I can kick it with my feet so I never touch the toilet. What do you think?

practicing personal hygiene is more important after urination. although urine is sterile, it still can present an offensive odor.

Always wash your hands after you urinate. Your penis is NOT so clean that it does require you wash your hands. Also, I think you are overreacting by not flushing in a public toilet. Instead, use some toilet paper and flush!!

Would you want to shake hands with a guy if you just saw him take a leak and reach out to shake your hand? I say take the time to wash your hands.

I usually don't because i'm trying to build up a tolerence to germs. Those people with hand sanatizer will have no immune system in a few years.
