I can't think of anything. However, you might want to look up what is the most popular/famous food served at the Indianapolis 500 race, or make some cookies in the shape of race cars. Indianapolis is one of the smallest cities in the NFL, so your options are kind of limited.
Or you could serve horse. You know, them being the Colts and all.

OK, White Castle is a CHICAGO original - so i would not serve them as Indy food.

I understand there are some amazing deli's in Indy. There is one that does a hot ham and Swiss wrapped in filo dough and baked they are excellent.

Corn dogs and pizza again pretty heavily associated with Illinois. Of course we Illinoisans get along pretty good with our neighbors to the east. So I'd just use Chicago based foods, as we all know Hoosiers drive straight west for good food daily.

I discovered this on the Hungry Hoosier website:
"I also wondered what Indiana favorite might have the greatest potential to become a culinary superstar. It occurred to me that one of the foods most associated with Indiana and perhaps most likely to put us on the foodie map is the pork tenderloin sandwich. The tenderloin seems to have many of the same characteristics as does the cheese steak and these other favorites. It is inexpensive, unpretentious, and not exactly health food."

For New England fans like me -- clam chowder, clam boats (fried clams on a hot dog roll with tartar sauce), boiled lobster, and a lot of Sam Adams lager. Plus there's the usual like sausage, peppers and onions, nachos, and so on. Giants fans, I imagine, would like Manhattan clam chowder. Manhattan clam chowder is an abomination. The heathens in New York believe tomatoes belong in a clam chowder, but we New Englanders are civilized and will not partake in such perversions.
