Rotate every 6-7,500 miles (depending on manufacturers recommendations).

Have Balance re-done every 12-15k miles. No real reason to do it more frequently than that.

Employed for the last 5 years in the tire industry so I know of which I speak.

I do it every 3 oil changes. Rotate, not balance. I only balance when getting new tires.

7,000 miles for optimum wear and tear. Air pressure should be checked once a month. If the tires were balanced when stalled and If there's no vibration present they do not need to be balanced again.

It is recomended to rotate every 6000 and both at 15000

rotate every 7K balance every 21K. That will get you max. mileage from them.
