For many women, early pregnancy symptoms subside as the body gets used to them, for some, the symptoms never leave. It may be that the progesterone supplement helped level her body and she is getting some relief from the symptoms, or it could be natural. She should be seeing her practitioner soon but if you and she are really worried about it (or if you are just really worried about it) call the doctor's office. The doctor or his nurse would rather answer a question than have your wife suffer with worry.
Between 7-16 weeks is when morning sickness is usually the worst, that would indicate that there are significant changes in the body around 7-8 weeks, for her, that may be a good thing. I personally wouldn't worry unless she had some of the scary changes like bleeding or sharp pains or something. I would just enjoy the relief.

The HCG is a extraordinary sign. A low progesterone does no longer propose she is miscarrying, in spite of the undeniable fact that it would desire to place her in possibility. plenty additionally relies upon on what they observed on the ultrasound, in the event that they have carried out one. If there is not any cardiac interest by way of now, it rather is a foul sign regardless of a severe HCG. if so, progesterone can't help. If there's a heartbeat, then progesterone pills can help to take care of the being pregnant. Ask your physician! good success.

My breasts weren't quite as swollen at around 11-12 weeks, and a LOT of pregnancy symptoms began to fade as you near the second trimester. 8 weeks is a little early but for her it may be normal. I would definitely let the doctor know, but in the mean time don't get too worried.

While it is normal for pregnancy "symptoms" to come and go your wife is clearly higher risk so it may be worth getting some bloodwork done.
