Me too, Splenda rules. If I can't find Splenda then I use Equal. If I can't find Equal then I use real sugar. Anything but that Sweet N Low crap!! =p

I was using Spenda too, but had sudden onset heart palpitations. I do not know if it was related to my increased Splenda use. However, I looked up a lot of information on Splenda (sucralose) and decided not to use it any more. Now I use raw sugar I got from the health foods store.
Heart palpitations are decreasing somewhat. But I have seen a dr. about it and he gave me some temporary medication. So it may be unrelated to the Splenda use.

I can't use sugar since I'm diabetic, but I use whatever artificial sweetener is on sale.
