Windex diluted with half or more of water. That is what the eye glass cleaners are made of.

The best cleaner that I have found would be a 10:1 water and vinegar mix. (10 parts water, of course)

ONE drop of Basic H cleaner to 16 oz of water. more than one drop and it becomes too soapy. Easily cleans glasses and removes the facial oil build up. Also non-toxic, so safe for use on something that will sit less than an inch from your eyes.
